Problem with NOMAD landing page (& beta - test pages)

the [NOMAD landing page](https://nomad-lab.eu/) shows a few error in the console ("GET https://nomad-lab.eu/uploads/favicons_fairdi/site.webmanifest 404 (Not Found)") Also hitting on [beta](https://nomad-lab.eu/prod/v1/gui/) version gives this error: "Uncaught TypeError: Failed to construct 'URL': Invalid URL"
