@himanel1 @ladinesa @thchang The referenced sections in workflow2 are not able to properly identify the section; this is happening in any of the new entries you can find in the archive. I have this screenshot from an example:  Furthermore, I think "Referenced by" is not working either, as for this case `workflow2` is referenced by a workflow `.archive.yaml` file also present in the upload and added a posteriori. Nevertheless, the nodes on the Workflow graph seem to properly redirect to the corresponding section (albeit the error of not supporting -1 for referencing).
