Change gas concentration to fraction

To make the catalysis results section more general gas_concentration_in and gas_concentration_out needs to be changed to mole_fraction_in and mole_fraction_out, since reactants and products of a reaction don't have to be gases.

Also I am adding the quantity support in results.properties.catalytic.catalyst
