Include nexus file as hdf5 file in hdf5Reference feature.

Problem: If a hdf5 file extension is .h5 the hdf5Reference works properly without any issue. But, the file comes with .nxs which is a hdf5 file but with a different extension, the hdf5Reference gives file not found error. Because the file is being search in the archive folder.
