More flexible plotting annotation

We allow to annotate quantities that should have a plot in the GUI. This is usually a x,y line-chart that references two quantities. Usually the annotated one and a second quantity from the same section. We need to

• reference quantities of different sections, e.g. ../otherSection/otherQuantity, data/otherSection/otherQuantity
• annotate sections
• combine multiple lines in one plot
