Mismatch in API/GUI metainfo state causes invalid suggestion calls

The dynamically loaded metainfo is not known by the API. E.g. the EELS metainfo is missing from the search quantities that API uses, whereas they are present in the GUI artifact searchQuantities.json. This causes query validation issues due to missing quantities when anything with >= 3 letters is typed into the search bar.
