GUI updates

• Hide "not processed" from the list of aggregation options. "unavailable" is still shown since it can be useful in finding interesting results.
• Opening the accordion for a search result does not hide the filter panel.
• The periodic table colors are too similar for entries with different number of results.
• When anchored statistics panels are dragged, they should be shown below other GUI panels
• Opening another filter menu while the old one is still running a request causes a caught (error snack) javascript error. After this, the filter menu is not showing anything until you reload the page.
• Introduce more sensible limits for some sliders (band gap, geometry optimization convergence results). Sometimes the min_max aggregation results come from outlier data which is not sensible to use as the min/max values for the slider.
• Don't show relaxation trajectory if only the final result is present (currently hidden in GUI only, issue #727 (closed) is tracking the root cause)
• Replace "Material Encyclopedia" menu entry with a link to the old Encyclopedia.
