Search filter panel sizing

The search filter positioning/sizing is not working correctly when there are more results than what fits in the window (see screenshot). The filter panel should extend all the way to the bottom of the screen. Should be a matter of changing FilterMainMenu/FilterMenu positioning/sizing with CSS.

@mnakh: Would you want to try and fix this? If you are busy with other work I can take a look at it.
