Download whole upload button

The upload button on the "Your data" page, only gives you entry files. We should add a "download upload" button to the entries page.

To make this work, publishing something without an embargo (or lifting the embargo for all entries of an upload), needs to move all files out of the embargo. With a new upload system this has to be considered as well. Or it should work differently on an OASIS?
