Make the error/warning about too large systems in the crystal visualization dismissable

There is an error when you open a system in the ArchiveBrowser that have more than 300 atoms in it. This should be a dismissable warning stating the number of atoms (and the limit for the warning). After the warning was dismissed, the viewer should be shown regardless the performance risks.
