Improvement for `QueryEditQuantity`

QueryEditQuantity is quite a powerful tool when it comes to finding and adding a large number of entries as references in the ELN. Based on some user experiences, we have identified 2 issues that can further increase its acceptance.

  1. When a query is made in the search dialog box, we get a list of entries. In many cases, rather than selecting the whole list of entries, users want to use it to narrow down their search and manually select a few entries in the list. The good thing is that there's already a way of selecting individual entries with the checkboxes on the left. However, this selection is not saved as part of the final query. Can we save the manual selection as part of the query? image
  2. The search dialog box seems to have a fixed resolution, which looks fine for high-resolution screens in a zoomed-out fashion but does not adapt well for laptop screens. The dialog is much bigger than the webpage. Can we fix this? image image @mnakh @himanel1 Would be great if you could look into this.
