BoolEditQuantity looks True when None

The BoolEditQyuantity is displayed with a check mark when it's actually None. This is quite problematic as ELN users will see this and think it's selected as True but it won't be saved as True unless it's deselected and the selected again. Unless we force a default value for boolean quantities I guess we need a third state for the value None.
