Update orjson

Some users are experiencing installation issues with our current version of orjson. Looks like our current version 3.6.0 does not come with wheel distributions for the majority of platforms, which triggers a compilation step requiring the Rust compiler etc.

Version 3.9.4 seems to come with a more complete set of wheel distributions, and updating to this should help.
