Topology for trivial bulk systems

Topologies are currently created only for "non-trivial" cases. Trivial systems (e.g. one bulk phase and only a few atoms) are not assigned a topology. This creates a few issues:

• Conceptually similar entries, e.g. a system with a single bulk phase may have overview pages that look different. Only if topology exists, the new <MaterialCardTopology> will be shown, otherwise the old <MaterialCard> will be shown.
• Trivial systems cannot be searched through the topology
