Issue in system normalizer for reciprocal vectors

There is a logger error when the system does not have lattice_vectors_reciprocal, and cannot resolve them from lattice_vectors. I think this would show an error every time we have a molecule.

@ndaelman this is coming from the k_mesh normalization. Is it enough to delete the conditions that pop the error? I will do the change and you check it out, ok?
