Material card does display properly when using directly uploaded archive data

If I download the archive (either from the DATA tab or from the search table) for a molecular dynamics simulation or MD geometry optimization, and then re-upload that archive file to NOMAD, the resulting Material Card in the Overview page does not properly display the molecular visualizer or topology.

Verified for any of the entries in upload-id: LHqsMqbFSfaRO6PncCQqLw See the corresponding archive uploads in upload-id cqxCskseS32cpaxnKV34Xg

@ladinesa, @himanel1: After meeting with @lucamghi, we decided that using the pre-parsed archive data would really be the ideal approach for the tutorial. Do you think it is at all possible to solve this next week before develop is merged into Beta? If not we need to look into other solutions, since we are not so confident about publishing the data at this still early stage of the workflow visualizer.
