Fix issues in the new GUI layout found using production data

The new GUI layout has a few small problems in the production data that should be fixed:

• filters_locked for "Calculations" is not working correctly since not all of the data have the sections metainfo. Solution is to add a filter based on quantities.
• The EELS spectra is not shown correctly.
• cubic perovskite is not correctly removed in the options for structural_type.
