Add entry_name and mainfile to the search box suggestions

• Add entry_name and mainfile into FilterRegistry.js
• Place entry_name and mainfile in the menus: they can be found under 'IDs' for now.
• Add default suggestion annotations for entry_name and mainfile.
• Add the possibility to select which filters are available in a search context.
• Add the option to customize the prioritization and the number suggestion results for each SearchBar.
