Fixes issues with the Encyclopedia API parameter/response models (fixes #443),  improved the materials indexing command.

Added infrastructure config for materials index, added initial function for pushing calculation info to that index.

Refactored the Encyclopedia API. The complex aggregations are now prefiltered corretly according to the user query and the maximum result set size has been lowered.

Added new components for plotting: Plot, DOS and BandStructure. The DOS and BS plots are now also integrated to the ArchiveBrowser where they are shown in the overview.

Added support for ingesting/displaying DOS similarity data in Encyclopedia GUI. Additionally, the MongoDB metainfo extension now can handle nested sections.

Added authentication support to all encyclopedia API routes and added links from encyclopedia back to the individual entries.

Added new report endpoint for user error reporting. This endpoint requires proper authentication through keycloak. Added additional checks to phonon data.

Fixed hash overlap issue, fixed inconsistency in representative calculation selection, updated enc gui image to latest version.

Improved encyclopedia GUI performance, modified gzip defaults, updated nginx to redirect to encyclopedia index.html.

Fixed issues with method information not being correctly written for phonon calculations in case the referenced calculation had failed to be processed by encyclopedia.

Now idealized structure is determined already on the material route and the idealized structure can be requested for any calculation.

Fixed normalization issue in phonon data, added new derived metainfo for specific vibrational free energy, added ability to fetch thermal data from the API.

Separated the groups route into two: one for getting group summary for a material and other for getting the froup EOS information for a specific group.
