Fixed issues with method information not being correctly written for phonon calculations in case the referenced calculation had failed to be processed by encyclopedia.

Now idealized structure is determined already on the material route and the idealized structure can be requested for any calculation.

Fixed normalization issue in phonon data, added new derived metainfo for specific vibrational free energy, added ability to fetch thermal data from the API.

Separated the groups route into two: one for getting group summary for a material and other for getting the froup EOS information for a specific group.

Refactored lattice parameters to a nested datastructure for search, added more information for the groups API route.

Got rid of the newly inttroduced 'shallow' parameter in search extension in favour of the more general 'value'+'mapping' -approach.
