Formalized the procedure of registering new filters in FilterContext, optimized the number of aggregation queries, fixed issue with invalid checkbox options shown when loading the search page with non-empty filters.

Created a new hook for scrolling through the list of query results using ES search_after, fixed an API issue where the wrong 'next_page_after_value' was reported.
