Moved band segment labeling from the VASP parser into BandStructureNormalizer, added proper tests for label detection, fixed issues with detecting band structure calculations.

Refactored the band gap information to support more spin channels and easier querying for band structures without band gap.

Removed section_k_band normalized, as it can be simply constructucted from section_k_band with a shift stored in energy_reference_highest_occupied. Made section_encyclopedia to store references into the band structure instead of constructing own copy.

Completely removed the 'joined' field from Uploads as it is not needed, removed redis persistence on development docker-compose, made sure that results are not kept for celery tasks.

Added custom serializer to celery test config, downgraded log level for log calls on successfull process finish.
