Added new components for plotting: Plot, DOS and BandStructure. The DOS and BS plots are now also integrated to the ArchiveBrowser where they are shown in the overview.

Fixed issue in data not being correctly loaded into viewer on changing archive, fixed issue in fitting structure into canvas.

Improved the structure viewer: fullscreen mode is wrapped inside a Dialog now like all other popups, a fixed aspect ratio is used to determine viewer size, added support for using a shared viewer object and possibility to only update positions on data change. Added the structure viewer as a part of ArchiveBrowser.

Added the visualization library as an npm dependency. It is now imported as a module so that e.g. webpack should be also able to tree-shake it.

Refactored the setup.py. Using compiled arguments from deps, layers of extras. Some import refactoring to make the extra layers work.
