Added initial implementation for a search filter that contains a list of checkboxes for a small selection of available values.

Slider min/max values are now updated by using aggregation that is independent of the query. Fixed API problems with automatic casting of range values into integers.

Fixed test issues with assuming only one ES annotation, added option for suggesting values even without any input.

Added autosuggestion and query parsing capabilities to the search bar, improved the output from the CLI command that outputs a list of searchQuantities (now also outputs whether suggestions are enabled for a quantity).

Separated unit conversion into its own module, refactored unit conversion mechanics, added support for changing units for filters.

Refactored the filters to employ a Recoil atomFamily: now all filter updates are localized and only cause minimal updates.

Created new Scrollable component, refactored the PeriodicTable component to functional style, added Chips in the FilterPanel to show currently active filters for each category.
