Fixed issues with DOS fingerprints. The wrong submodule commit was used, Pint Quantity was mistakenly given to the fingerprint library and get_value was used in tests to access a section.

Fixed issues in metainfo converting arrays to scalar values even if shape was set. Simplified the HOMO detection in DOSNormalizer.

Fixed normalization issues in parsers, introduced dos energy normalization in the DOSNormalizer. It will try to find the HOMO energy and if successfull use it as reference. Otherwise it will default to the Fermi energy as reported by the code.
