Improved the Encyclopedia API documentation, made the API input for chemical elements into a list instead of a comma-separated string, added license boilerplate to the CLI command that generates the units.js file.

Added infrastructure config for materials index, added initial function for pushing calculation info to that index.

Refactored the Encyclopedia API. The complex aggregations are now prefiltered corretly according to the user query and the maximum result set size has been lowered.

Added new components for plotting: Plot, DOS and BandStructure. The DOS and BS plots are now also integrated to the ArchiveBrowser where they are shown in the overview.

Fixed issues with missing referenced sections in partial archive. Fixed missing non run content in quantities search metadata.
