File path issue

Python can now just read the sisso.json file

Wrong size used when resizing test values

It must have gotten deleted at some point

Always use task sizes

Step in removing them in general

Minor changes to fix bugs when setting these changes up

Use task_size explictly

So when inputs called then central storage is modified
