More parameterization tests moved inside macros

Prevent global variables persisting across all tests

Use task_size explictly

include matlab function terms

initialize functions are now working

This allows for new data to be passed to the model and have estimated values

These are transferred from nl_opt_parameterization

The updated gitlab tests now work on this branch
