Jax port of essential resolve to resolve.re

Rewrite of the imaging- and calibration-likelihoods of resolve to jax resolve together with corresponding operators such as the calibration distribution. Also introduced a model for bulk creation of correlated fields in the time domain, provided information about polarization directions, antennas and frequencies.
