replace InvertibleOperatorMixin with InversionEnabler; move PowerSpectrum-related functionality out of Field

Torsten asked me to incorporate a typical resonse operator (incl. convolution and exposure) projecting into geometrically not ordered spaces (such as point space)

A small ResponseOperator incl. smoothing and exposure projecting into a data space.

Removed NIFTy 2 files that have not been ported so far.

Reordered methods in space classes.
Made Space.weight to an abc.abstractmethod.

- Add get_default_codomain function in utilities
- Move all transforms to a subfolder inside the fft_operator
- Correct weight method calls in transform method of each transformation

- Create skeleton for TransformationOperator
- Minor bug fixes in Field, FFTTransform and RGRGTransformations and
  __init__.py for endomorphic_operator

Restructured new operator classes -> Introduced endomorphic_operator.py in order to avoid violation of Liskov's SP for square- and diagonal operator.
Removed paradict from operators.
Added from_random as static method to Field.

Adapted imports and setup.py to changes.

Included version.py for __version__ attribute.
Included new nifty_config and d2o_config files.

Removed nrow, ncol, ndim from operator class.
Made a tomography demo.
Fixed hashing of spaces and fft cache.
Fixed two bugs in the los_response line_integrator.
