Added hillas_preprocessing_MAGICCleaning.py for using the MAGIC Cleaning and bad pixels in the pipeline.
Added a delete duplicates as a temporary fix to the apply_rfs.py to run also on the event_id=0 MCs.
Changed the input way in make_irfs.py to also work with the yaml file
