Memory issue event id cut

Add event_id > 0 to the rf cuts in the CrabNebula.yaml to avoid double indices and memory leaks in pandas:

    cuts: "(event_id > 0) & (multiplicity > 1) & (intensity > 30) & (length > 0.0) & (intensity_width_1 < 0.15)"
