[hillas_preprocessing.py]: add possibility of processing specific data types, samples and telescopes.

[hillas_preprocessing.py]: use mono event generator for MC files, otherwise created files will be empty.

Fix to allow running apply_rs.py both on data and MC at the same time.

Fixed call to retrieve the camera geometry (now global to event source and not attached to each event).

Fixed calls to CameraCalibrator class: removed non existing attribute r1_product and renamed attribute extractor_name to image_extractor.
