Constant pH simulations enable the computational prediction of \\( \mathrm{p}K_\mathrm{a} \\) values for titratable residues in proteins. 

Here, we demonstrate this capability by analyzing the protonation states of ten ionizable residues (glutamate, aspartate, and histidine) in hen egg white lysozyme.
