Removed NIFTy 2 files that have not been ported so far.

- Cython extension to return the correct l-number for an index

Adapted imports and setup.py to changes.

- rename transforms submodule to transformations
- Add a Transformation class which wraps the actual transform class
- Derive and implement RGRGTransformation
- Add tests

Therefore made the Field_type base class more advanced.
Added default field dtype to nifty configuration.

Included version.py for __version__ attribute.
Included new nifty_config and d2o_config files.

Fixed allreduce and Allreduce in MPI_dummy.py.
Added Option to d2o to skip the parsing of the input parameters. Added cumsum function to d2o.

Started working on the los response operator.
Switched off a sanity check in the d2o slicingdistributor's advanced indexing routine, because it was extremely slow (assert: is the first dimension ordered?).

Resorted the packages and the import structure.
