Fix to CameraCalibrator calls and retrieval of camera geometry

Closes #2 and #3

Fixed call to retrieve the camera geometry (now global to event source and not attached to each event).

Fixed calls to CameraCalibrator class: removed non existing attribute r1_product and renamed attribute extractor_name to image_extractor.

- Added the function for generating the background based on Yoshiki's scripts (note that due to a bug in gammapy the current output bkg hdu cannot be read with gammapy)
- changed 'type' to 'tel_type' in the TelescopeDescription since 'type' gave me errors

 - fixed edisp HDU format;
 - placeholder for background HDU;
 - updated cuts.
