The flag->outlier classifier now defaults to evidence_corroborated
(data-driven, principled, unsupervised) in both mt_clean_track() and
mt_flag_consensus(): combined calibrated evidence E>0 AND (>=2 detectors
corroborate OR the detour detector is overwhelming).  Best benchmarked
separation at canonical false-positive level; spoofing/jamming recall 1.0.
class_aware remains available via consensus=.  Also: classed conditions
package-wide, projection-agnostic mt_corridor v2.  First release tag.
