Technical updates:
- Required python version: Python3 (Python2 not supported anymore)
- upgrade to scons-4.5.2
- 'openloops --version' returns OpenLoops version
- Fixes to support arm darwin (M1/M2/M3) machines (supported by gcc/gfortran > 10 from Homebrew)
- bugfix in BLHA spin correlators
- bugfix for loading loop^2 processes with BLHA interface
- technical bugfix to avoid SIGFPE and other memory violations in certain situations
- various other minor technical bugfixes

Physics updates:
- hp_mode=3 for enhanced stability in IR singular configurations
- Interface for qp trees (use_qp=1)
- support for pure QED and pure weak corrections. Available upon request.
- support for nf=56 amplitudes (only bottom+top in loops). Available upon request.
- Consistent nf=0 QCD renormalisaton available. Available upon request.
